Sourcing platforms rank by who owns the land. We can’t tell you that, and we don’t pretend to. Instead we rank by the two things that actually decide whether a scheme gets built.
Constraint depth
Every parcel checked against 24 national datasets — Green Belt, flood zones, ancient woodland, protected wildlife sites, scheduled monuments, registered parks, common land and more. The parcels that survive are the ones not already hobbled by a designation.
Council behaviour
We overlay each council’s measured median decision time and its Housing Delivery Test position — so land in a council that decides quickly, or one where the national presumption in favour applies, rises to the top. That is the difference between a site that stalls and one that moves.
