When new evidence arrives, your assessment moves with it.
Site visits, surveys, consultant reports: a live project keeps generating evidence. We pull every strand into one intelligence picture, and keep it current.
Three things a refresh does that a filing cabinet cannot
Every report, one picture
Each new report is checked against everything already known about the site, and the affected parts of your assessment update to match.
Contradictions surfaced
When a consultant’s findings disagree with the earlier evidence, you hear about it as a named issue with a recommendation, not a footnote three reports deep.
Strategy that keeps up
Updated recommendations and appeal-decision references, re-grounded in what the evidence now shows, with a clear record of what changed.
Feed in the evidence. Watch the assessment reconcile.
An illustration, not a real site. Add each report and see the controlling assessment confirm, refine, or flag a contradiction, in real time.

Your evidence goes out. It should come back in.
Your assessment sets the plan; your consultants act on it and generate new evidence. A refresh closes the loop, folding their reports back into one controlling picture instead of leaving them scattered across a dozen documents.
That is the difference between an assessment that ages and one that stays alive for the life of the site.
Three steps, one reissue
Send the evidence
Your final-issue reports and any site-visit notes, with the assessment they relate to.
We reconcile it
We fold it in, flag any contradictions, and confirm scope and price before we start.
You get a reissue
The updated assessment and a clear change record, within the agreed turnaround.
What an Evidence Refresh is not
We would rather set the boundary clearly than oversell it.
It does not replace your consultants. Their reports remain their professional work, quoted and attributed, never rewritten.
It does not act on drafts. Only final-issue evidence changes a formal assessment; drafts inform a clearly-marked provisional note only.
It does not launder a weak survey. A lapsed or out-of-scope report is flagged as exactly that.
The final judgement stays with you. We keep the evidence coherent so the decision is made on current, reconciled information.
Decisions age. Evidence doesn’t have to.
Add an Evidence Refresh when the next report lands, or build it into your project from the start. Tell us about your site and we will come back to you.
